What was needed?
FX Networks came to Avenue Social to help them develop a social presence for the season 2 of their popular TV series “Sons of Anarchy”. What they needed was to create viewer association and to increase the series following and all this had to be done on a limited time schedule!
How we did it?
At Avenue Social created a customized fan page for “Sons of Anarchy” at facebook, with a link to the FX Studios website. This page boasts a lot of information from other networks as well such as blogs, RSS feed and other online activity.
Users can upload pictures of the favorite actors, viewer their profiles, participate in their discussion form and air their views about the program! We had also added a ranking section where viewers can vote their likes and dislikes about episodes!
The result!
The page has been uploaded only three months before and till date it has almost 550,000 fans and still growing! And because of the latest updates about the series the users keep visiting again and again! |
