For the recent World Aids Day, a Facebook App was envisioned with the objective of not only showing solidarity with people suffering from HIV, but also challenging the prejudice and stigma surrounding the illness.

  • Avenue Social Inc. created a 'World Aids Day' App to assist in the primary goal of connecting people and disseminating information to helping supporters of the cause. The Application has features which allow users to add a red ribbon to their profile photos along with a personalized message, invite friends to join the noble cause, generate a twitter feed and participate in an online discussion forum.
