California Pizza Kitchen
- Avenue Social Inc. created an extension of California Pizza Kitchen's retail outlet over the social networking space to foster greater engagement with existing customers.
- Objective
- CPK wanted to have an extension of their retail outlet in the social media space; this was to provide fans with a platform where users could view the restaurant offering across different outlets. The primary aim of the Fan Page was to make CPK accessible to their customers at the convenience of a single click.
- Strategy & Execution
- Avenue Social Inc. decided to deliver a comprehensive, one stop solution to its customers in the form of a customized Fan Page. Here users can not only check current offerings and promotions at CPK but also order meals online through the Fan Page Application. In addition there are multiple tabs with information on human resources, a photo gallery of past events and a 'Find Location' tab that serves the purpose of a restaurant finder.
- Results
- With a large fan base of roughly 153,000 people, there are also an additional number of other active visitors regularly participating on the CPK Fan Page; this is a testament to the huge success of the Application among Facebook users.
